Easy parking and friendly staff that love to see non aggressive dogs roaming thru their store. Well organized and very clean. Some items are comparatively a bit more expensive than other shops.
Very poor products and customer service.
The staff makes grooming appointments, that the prima donna groomer won't honor. Find somewhere else to go.
Friendly staff & great groomers. They really need to have a receptionist or have the cashiers/floor staff to set up appointments with. It takes several tries to get someone & if the groomer is too busy it routes your call to the store staff who cannot help you - they just say "their busy and you need to call back later". Which sometimes "later" is when you wanted to bring your pup in for a quick 5 min nail trim. Also they don't always have a groomer in when they advertise set times they are available. Other than that, the store is very clean & organized.
Had the pleasurable assistance of a knowledgeable and friendly fellow pet owner in helping us select a cat harness and adjust it to our cat in the store. Perfect.
