Best massage I have ever had. I had the deep tissue massage and the therapist knew exactly where I needed him to work. The spa itself is very clean, relaxing and everyone was super friendly. I will definitely go back.
I am extremely upset with my experience here. I had and appointment scheduled for a waxing and they called me about and hour before my appointment saying that they had to move it back because one of their estheticians didn't feel comfortable driving in the snow despite the fact that the roads were in fine conditions. I get there at my "appointment time" and check in. I have to wait 30 minuets for the esthetician to come out and get me because I was not originally in her schedule. I am assuming she did not bother to look over her schedule again which would have been the responsible thing to do. She begins my wax and takes forever to finish it. She said that she tried to get all of the wax off of me but she did not to the point where I could not put my pants on and took the whole day to get off. Not only that but even after telling the esthetician many times where there was still hair she still somehow continued to miss it and I decided to stop telling her because I had other plans. She said she was missing the spots because of the bad lighting in the room. There is a tremendous amount of hair that was left on my body and I am extremely upset as I was going to Florida for vacation. I do not record coming here. It is a utter waste of time and money. I am very disappointed.

If you have discriminating taste in spa services, you know what I mean. From the moment you step inside, it is clear that the focus at Epidavros is on quality. Beautifully appointed and mid-sized with a boutique feel, Epidavros offers just the right mix of services between feel good massages and the more clinical services you might expect like, microdermabrasion, laser hair removal and yes, teeth whitening. All this, within the privacy confines of spacious and comfortable rooms. You will, no doubt, find your personal favorite service provider, as they are all well-trained and utterly courteous and professional. As a lover of spa services, I incorporate them in to all my travels and still am happiest when I return home to Epidavros.
I have been to the spa many times over the last few years. The massages are "hit or miss" depending on who you get. Recently, two experiences convinced me I would NEVER return to this spa. My mother had a facial and they badly burned her skin. Last week I had a pregnancy massage - The room was so cold that I was freezing the whole time. I told the masseuse, but she couldn't do anything to make it warmer. She DID waste about 10 minutes trying to make it warmer, and not only did she not make up that time, she actually ended the massage an additional 10 minutes earlier than it should have been. When I told the lady when I paid, she did nothing to rectify the sitution, and I was out $165. Try BLISS spas inn NYC or the Elizabeth Arden Spa at The Westchester Mall for a better experence.
I will start by telling you I go to a lot of spa I try to once a month I been to the HYATT I been to all different private and commercial spa and I have to say this SPA is the most serine and peaceful spa I have ever been to when you walk in and are taken to the back you are given a robe and slippers and wait in there peaceful and tranquil waiting area were this is tea, water and aroma therapy in the air. I was great by my technician Dana for my 60 min deep tissue massage I was taken to this beautiful massage room very spacious and the service began they start off asking me my problem area and where to focus on then the service started and while laying down she did aroma therapy making me smell a great smell and then started with a amazing deep tissue massage. This is one of the best massage I have ever had in my life I will defiantly go back and see Dana for a massage
