Worst customer service of any company i have ever dealt with. Female office worker would rather argue on the phone when asked to email a copy of a bill, and 4 times in one week had to have a plumber over for separate problems 2 out of the 4 were corrected the other two were an obvious lack of knowledge or training. The technician was a nice guy but nice doesn't fix the problem or adjust the gross amount that they charged to NOT fix the problem. One charge however was reversed when I explained that local plumber just had to change the filter for the oil burner to correct the problem. Will never use this company again.

My kitchen faucet was leaking all over my counter top and going down under my sink cabinet. I called John Hobby Jr. Plumbing & Heating and spoke with one of the ladies in the office who was extremely helpful with scheduling a time for the plumber to come out to my home. Once the plumber came he fixed my leaking facet and another problem which I was having with my bathroom sink. Very professional company and a pleasure to do business with. Will call them whenever I need a plumber in the future.
The gentlemen who came to our house on several occasions are always kind and thorough. They explain everything well and left me feeling so good I sent them to other family members who also give them high marks. The office has been great as well.
Rude ripped off my 88 year old. Charged 500 dollars for a 200 dollar job.
