After directing us to watch a movie we didn't pay for. We paid to watch one movie and the theatre played another. Staff advised manager would correct but would take 5 more minutes after the movie. So we watched a movie we had no interest in and had to pay for it. Would not recommend this theatre to anyone.
Theatre is smaller than most.
Great theatre not usually to crowded but small screens and the family 4 pack just got more expensive.
Kids like it because there is nothing else nearer than a 25 minute drive away and the town is safe and fun. For grown-ups, however, Mt Kisco has nice restaurants, but the area (Kisco/Katonah) is a movie theater desert. These tiny screens just aren't worth the ticket price.
Good concession food, good audio systems, cozy theatre size. Staff has always been friendly, helpful and courteous.
Just make sure your in the right theatre staff was apologic but unable to help
