I urgently needed to find a Jewish funeral home under terribly sad circumstances. The King David Memorial Chapel, a unit of Cassidy-Flynn, went above and beyond any expectations I may have had. They were extremely compassionate while professional and very efficiently took care of everything I needed to do for my poor daughter to be buried as soon as possible.
In addition they provided a lovely chapel in which we held the memorial to my daughter. I highly recommend this funeral home.
My Mother passed away suddenly at the age of 76. I called Cassidy Flynn on the day of her passing and spoke to Craig. He told me that he could meet with me that afternoon. Craig was kind, compassionate, and was able to console me. I told him that I needed to confer with my siblings prior to making any decisions. He and I spoke a couple of times on the phone while I drove upstate to my Mom's apartment. I visited Cassidy Flynn the following day to finish making the plans for my Mom's wake and funeral mass. Cassidy Flynn handled everything like professionals, with kindness and compassion. I am thankful that I decided to use Cassidy Flynn to handle all of the details of my Mom's wake and funeral. They helped to make the sudden and sad passing of my Mother easier for me and my family to handle.
Nothing could have prepared me for the sudden and unexpected death of my husband, and, in addition to the trauma and stress, I had the difficult task of making arrangements for his funeral. I had selected three possible choices as the funeral home, and, fortunately, I decided on Cassidy-Flynn, in Mount Kisco, NY. From start to finish, they were incredibly accommodating, sympathetic, fair in every way, and they went above and beyond to make sure that I was comfortable with those arrangements and their care of my husband. During that very difficult period, they handled every detail professionally and efficiently, and John Flynn personally orchestrated everything on the day of the funeral. Dealing with Craig was a blessing, his kindness and caring was genuine and he even followed up afterwards to find out how my son and I were doing. It’s not just business to them!
